I have been a counselor since 2011. For most of my career, I have focused on working with people with various disabilities to achieve independent living and career-based goals. Through my work, I have found that many therapies and therapists are capable but not skilled at adapting to the individualized needs of my clients. So, I pursued some additional education and credentials to develop ways to combine my background in rehabilitation with mental health diagnosis and treatment. I hope to continue developing adaptive psychotherapy to reduce barriers to mental health care.

Now Accepting NEW Clients & LPC Residents for Supervision (www.gracefulchangespsychotherapy.com/Supervision). Counseling is not about me telling you what to do, but rather, joining you in the process of discovering what solution or outcome is best suited for you. I offer a judgment and bias-free supportive environment to help you find your true self. Let's begin this journey together. My primary focus is working with couples (communication & conflict resolution), individuals (anxiety & depression), and teens & parents to focus on the current struggles of today (stress, suicidal ideation, bully, self-esteem, etc.) It is important to develop coping skills that will last a lifetime. Today is the perfect time to invest in your future. I believe that everyone has a story to tell. Counseling helps you understand your past so that you can write your future. I strive to assist all of my clients in understanding where they have been, what has worked and not worked for them, and choosing the path they want for their future. I will be with you every step of the way.
