Through 20+ years of experience, I have discovered my passion for working with clients to heal the wounds of abuse or other traumas, work through family-of-origin and attachment issues, liberate from the confines of anxiety/panic/phobias/OCD, repair relational issues, develop effective boundary-drawing, transform self-concept/esteem, and grow to find peace, joy, and purpose. Drawing on a strengths-based approach, I help clients identify and more fully develop the strengths and skills they already have. From that foundation, I utilize various evidence-based therapy modalities, techniques, and interventions to help clients heal, find wellness, and flourish. I offer a compassionate understanding of who you are, how you show up in the world, and how you experience things. I am nurturing while also able to challenge long-held beliefs and patterns, which may be keeping you stuck or holding you back from the life you want to live.
