She has supported individuals and groups worldwide toward developing awareness, resilience, and consciousness skills with which to live more vibrant and energetic lives untethered from misguided beliefs. She created Core Capacity, LLC to help her clients build a life that feels dedicated, committed, and engaged. Many of us are living in a state of moral malaise-- feeling lost, tired, and aimless. We long to feel rooted and resourced. We desire a sense of meaning, but often we don't know where to begin. We lack a foundation of values from which intention and agency can take flight. Kori is committed to supporting her clients as they expand their capacity for a life that feels wholehearted. Her clients achieve long-term changes by developing their personal compass and committing to a process of emotional mindfulness and acceptance. Her approach considers her clients' nuanced histories, needs, desires, genetics, relationship dynamics and lived experiences. She has coached individuals for over two decades toward a fluid and flexible, respectful, compassionate relationship with themselves and their lives.
