Hi! I am a Chicago-based therapist. I received special training in trauma and addiction recovery. I'm a certified EMDR therapist and IFS trained. I have been working with clients who struggled with trauma, PTSD, BPD, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, dissociation, and addiction recovery. As a trauma-informed therapist, my passion is to see my clients not controlled by past events and regained the power to live their lives. The therapy I provide is about each client and individuality. So, I'm here to support each of them in their healing journey. In my therapy, together with each client, I tailor our sessions to meet individual needs and help them become the person they wish to be. I welcome any age, race, or gender identity. As for trauma recovery of young children under age 13, I offer a 10-week EMDR & CBT-based trauma program.
