That's right, to ensure you find the right group, that not only meets your expectations but ensures you get the support you're looking for, we're making your first session free, giving you a chance to evaluate the opportunity before making a long-term commitment.
The Art of Self-Care
This peer support is designed for female therapists who have experienced burnout or are seeking to improve their self-care routine and develop a deeper connection to the mind + body.
Each session will start with a sunrise mindfulness meditation, followed by a women’s circle with a focus on emotional and mental rejuvenation. Participants will learn from a custom blend of self-care rituals carefully curated highlight the sensory experience. Participants will finish the workshop with a sense of renewal and increased vitality, as well as the inspiration to continue a healthier self-care routine at home.
The Workshop Includes:
- Women’s Circle
- Sunrise or daily mindfulness mediation with guided relaxation techniques
- Knowledge and inspiration to help you develop self-compassion
- Intuitive development exercises
- Movement therapy encouraging safe mind-body connection
- Weekly self-care handouts and journal prompts

Please note that applying to a group does not automatically grant membership to the group. All applications are reviewed and final member selections are made by group leaders and Belongly. Once accepted into a group, your first session is free to ensure the group is the right fit for you, then payments will be processed in 1-month increments, for the duration of your involvement and beginning just prior to the second group meeting.
Consultation Groups and Peer Support Groups are not therapy or supervision.
