Yaneisy has worked with all age groups in diverse settings. She provides individual therapy, group therapy, family sessions as well as conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations and developmental evaluations when diagnosing Learning Disabilities and Autism in both English and Spanish. Yaneisy received training in groups for adolescents with sexually reactive/offensive behaviors and provided in home therapy services for juvenile sex offenders and their families. She has experience working with individuals who experience difficulties including, ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression and those who have difficulties coping with stress.
She emphasizes her work on parent training and children and adolescents with various behavioral and emotional presentations. She also aims to help clients not only cope with stressors and current life struggles, but to help them better communicate with family members and peers in order to form meaningful relationships.
She also strives to provide therapeutic services with an integrated, comprehensive, and culturally responsive approach. Yaneisy emphasizes on building trusting relationships with her patients and families. She is determined and engages in a non-judgmental environment.
