Recent Updates From Michelle Harris
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

Recognizing that mental health services are needed for oneself or family can often cause feelings of overwhelm, confusion, shame, guilt and fear. My goal is to support you in sorting out these emotions while re-establishing a sense of hope. For the last 15 years I have worked with children and adults with various mental health needs and in various settings, including local school campuses, ER, jail, county facilities and homes. I have specialized in treating complex trauma, behavioral concerns and high-risk behaviors. Other areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, social and attention deficits and self-harm.
I truly value the unique beauty behind every mind and every story; believing clients hold the answers and therapists offer the tools and means necessary to help find them. My goal is to establish a solid therapeutic relationship, explore underlying reasons for symptoms, and support in building the necessary skills to achieve personal goals.
There's no need to battle daily life, to live at war against your own mind, feel helpless, or watch a loved one struggle day in and out. Mental health illness is truly a battlefield of the mind. But, losing a battle doesn’t mean you’ve lost the war. Regain control of your life. Please contact me or visit my website for more information.
