The Center provides a safe place to discover the underpinnings of what may be preventing you from moving forward in life and experience healing. There can be a variety of life experiences that may hold you back: trauma, divorce, accidents, job loss, parenting issues, child behavior problems, blending families etc. Our hope is to help you to process, identify change and begin recovery. What you bring to the the Retreat Center is your transparency, trust, and desire to change and heal. The combination of both of us working together offers hope and change for your present and future.

The Greystone Retreat is uniquely qualified to address trauma in military, combat veterans, and those who are affected by PTSD, and CPTSD. We are also the Nashville Enneagram Center and using the psychological tool of the Enneagram through trainings, counseling and group work.
We are uniquely staffed addressing all populations, cultures and dynamics. We provide a sliding scale so that our services are open to everyone.
