Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Do you feel as if your emotions rule your life? That others don't understand you? The Behavioral Therapy Collective was created in order to offer compassionate, thoughtful, ethical and effective care to you or your loved ones. We work with high school aged adolescent, adults and families. All members of our team have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is the evidence based treatment used to treat complex emotions. People who struggle with anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behavior, depression, symptoms of borderline personality disorder benefit from DBT.
In addition to DBT I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, through the use of CBT and ACT which are all evidence based treatments to help treat and manage anxiety. We run groups each week to help feel more in control of these emotions and decrease behaviors that may cause problems in your life.
I was intensively trained in DBT at Columbia School of Social Work, which is the only DBT training program for social workers in the country. The program was created in collaboration with Marsha Linehan, the creator of DBT, and directed by Andre Ivanoff.
