Dr. Kadooka is an Executive Function & Mental Fitness Coach, Relationship Coach, and Counselor. She uses a strength-based approach to support and promote adaptive self-regulation, self-awareness, flexible responding, and goal-directed behavior. This approach is intended to address issues related to executive functioning (such as ADHD-related symptoms), anxiety/stress management, time management and productivity, work-life balance, life transitions, parent support, self-discovery, and managing conflict. In relationship coaching, there is an emphasis on creating shared goals to join together as a team in disrupting cycles of conflict.

Counseling/Therapy will focus on diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment, which can be covered by insurance. Coaching will focus on development, which is not covered by insurance; as such, diagnosis/treatment will not become a part of your medical record.
