Possibly putting off facing them until you feel more ready, but that day never comes? Depression, anxiety, and trauma can do that to us. They can change our trajectory in life, veer us off course of who we were meant to be. Shadows from the past can loom over us forever. If this is your experience, my sincerest hope is one day you will feel ready to no longer allow your past to place limits on the future.
With my 14 years of experience in the field, my goal is to promote a safe space for us to fully understand your experience. Using a nonjudgmental approach, we will explore the ways you want to feel, what's standing in the way, and how to get you where you want to be. It takes courage to choose you, to take the time and do the work to invest in yourself.
