I encourage growth in my clients by helping to increase their awareness of how behaviors and thought patterns affect their identity, relationships, and overall sense of well being.
I view the therapeutic process as one of compassionate collaboration in which clients gain new insights, build inner strength, and create desired life changes. Together we work to identify which aspects are beyond our control, finding acceptance and ownership as needed, and ultimately the empowerment and freedom to embrace change.
