I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I specialize in treatment of anxiety (including obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, phobias, discomfort in any social situation, separation anxiety), child and adult ADD/ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, parent/child difficulties, and coping with chronic and/or life-threatening medical illness. I will help you develop effective coping skills, healthier habits, and new tools for future use. My goal is to reduce anxiety and depression, to increase confidence, and create lasting change. I do neuropsychological testing for youth and adults who may have learning differences.
