Recent Updates From Alex Feinberg
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, adults, and families. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. working with people who have anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, family conflict, or who are navigating difficult life transitions. I also enjoy working with people who are trying to figure out and achieve both short and long-term goals or are looking to improve their general stress levels and health. I often work with people who have problems in school, friend groups, family issues, trauma, or chronic mental health concerns.
I have a particular interest in family therapy. Families can run into issues at any time of life and it can often be difficult to have hard conversations and hear each other. I am IFS Level 1 trained and also utilize cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Becoming a teenager, young adult, or adult can be confusing and difficult. It can be difficult to figure out the best path forward and prioritize what is important for you. It can be challenging for families to figure out how to help and communicate with each other for everyones success. Please visit my website alexfeinberglcsw.com for more information.
