I am equipped and passionate about helping those facing trauma recovery, relationship challenges, school or workplace difficulties, and anxiety.
Within our therapeutic sessions, I frequently employ evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Narrative therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Outside of the therapy room I extend my passion and expertise by combining my background in education and mental health through teaching, creation of trainings, and presentations.
