Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate I work with all types of couples, relationship constellations, and individuals to collaboratively find their path to healing and wholeness. I pull from Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method and Collaborative Therapy models when working with clients. I work with my clients to explore their challenges and overcome the obstacles that might be getting in the way of their goals. My motivation is to practice from a social justice lens taking into account how issues like power, gender, race, and sexual identity influence one’s journey.
Are you experiencing difficulty in your relationship? Do you feel you and your partner are having difficulty communicating? Has there been a break in trust in your relationship? Are you not feeling loved? Are you going through a life transition? Experiencing anxiety or depression? Therapy may be able to help. All couples and individuals are welcome.
It can be challenging to finding the time for therapy, which is why I offer telehealth and in person appointments at a variety of times throughout the day to accommodate most schedules. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating. I offer free 15 minute consultations so you can get to know me a little better before beginning your journey.
