Recent Updates From Alyssa Scolari
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
If you are having a difficult time managing emotions, dealing with life stressors and relationships, or if you're simply not feeling like yourself lately, I am here to help you. I work with children, teenagers, and adults with a specialty in treating trauma and eating disorders. My treatment experience includes PTSD, Complex PTSD, eating disorders (anorexia, binge eating, bulimia, orthorexia, ARFID), anxiety, and depressive disorders. I also provide pet-assisted therapy with my dog, Noel, who has been trained by the American Kennel Club. My goal when working with any client is to help you feel like absolute best version of yourself.

I rely on both my experience and expertise as a clinician as well as your intuition as the client about what feels right for you in your treatment. My goal is to strike a balance between teaching you about coping skills and nervous system regulation techniques while also addressing the root cause of your mental health symptoms.
While beginning therapy is never easy, one of the most rewarding experiences is to be able to reflect back on your time in treatment and see just how much progress you have made! If you are looking to connect, please reach out or visit my website at www.seeyouthroughitcounseling.com
