I approach each of my sessions from a strengths based perspective, encouraging my clients along the way. I believe healing and recovery is an emotional, physical and spiritual adventure. Because everyone has demanding schedules, I now offer secure video/message counseling/coaching for flexible scheduling. I am licensed in BOTH Kansas and Missouri.
