It would be an honor to work with you. Our past and present challenges offer us a place from where we can learn, heal, and grow. I believe that we come to understand more about ourselves, others, and the world around us through our relationships. While the healing and growing process is unique to each of us, it is never a linear process. I am committed to working together with you to manage and ease any distress or challenges that you may be experiencing. I'm passionate about helping others move out of surviving and into thriving in all aspects of life.
I have experience in relational trauma therapy, Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy (IFOT), and EMDR in combination with somatic experiencing, guided imagery, and mindfulness techniques. More importantly, I will strive to build a trusting, safe, and healthy therapeutic relationship with you.
I am in constant awe of the beauty and reciprocity of nature; it brings me joy and keeps me grounded! I generally spend my extra time hiking, backpacking, camping, and cross-country skiing. I also enjoy reading, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with my family.
