I combine psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness approaches to provide effective high-quality therapy; this means that you will develop greater awareness of your struggles while being given direct and practical guidance on how to feel better and improve your life as quickly as possible.
My expertise is in treating anxiety, depression, identity (cultural, career, sexual) and relationship (peers, intimates, family) issues, and difficulties with food/body/exercise. I can also work with people from a deeply spiritual perspective. The core of my work is in helping people live more authentically and with purpose and meaning.
Effective therapy is transformative, and with my unique approach, people are able to improve all aspects of their lives, from their mood, energy and physical health to relationships, work/money, goal-setting/planning, organization/time, technology use, communication skills, sex/dating, and clarity about one's identity & values.
