Profile

Currently my practice is full. Taking the time and effort to increase self-awareness and explore your behavioral patterns and thoughts can be one of the most valuable things that you do in your life. Seeking therapy is a sign of personal strength, not of weakness. Therapy is one method to explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors influence your daily choices and relationships. Working with a licensed therapist can provide the objective and knowledgeable feedback needed to identify specific barriers, define and develop goals and gain the valuable skills and confidence to make that change.
I have been working in mental health for over 20 years, helping individuals meet their goals and live more meaningful lives. Utilizing mindfulness exercises to increase body awareness in the here and now, we are able to be present. Only in the present moment are we able to make the most informed choices.
My goal is for you to leave our sessions with ideas, readings, insight and skills to practice or reflect on that will affect how you relate to the world.
