I earned my Bachelor's degree in psychology from the Ohio State University, and now I'm pursuing my Master's in counseling for mental health& wellness from NYU. My clinical interests include eating disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, and interpersonal relationships. I utilize an integrative approach that draws techniques from psychodynamic, DBT, and CBT.
Operating from a multicultural and diversity-sensitive lens, I see each client as unique and believe people are the experts of themselves. By creating a safe and affirmative space and working collaboratively with you, I tailor my approach to support you in reaching your full potential. I offer therapy in both English and Mandarin.
