Recent Updates From Barbara Sneddon
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
It takes great courage to reach out for help when you are in a tough place. Life can be difficult. Change can be hard. When you find yourself overwhelmed by emotions or stressors or difficult relationships, it can help to have someone to listen and walk beside you towards more of what you long for in life. For over 30 years, I have been privileged to meet people in their pain and work together to find solutions and peace.
I have training in Christian Counseling, Family systems and trauma-informed care and use a collaborative and compassionate approach to foster hope, healing and resilience. I enjoy working with adults with family, parenting and relationship issues, women with peripartum issues and people who struggle with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.
With care and support, we can face ourselves and life's difficulties with curiousity, hope and courage and discover purposeful lives.
