Recent Updates From Traci Barrios
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Anxiety hits all of us from different angles. ADHD, OCD, addiction, and grief are just a few sources of anxiety that can get in the way. I specialize in helping detangle you from your anxiety, and help people walk away with skills to experience calm and peace. My clients often set goals and achieve them with the right support. I offer EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) for clients who continue to have PTSD-like symptoms after traumatic event(s). It is an honor to walk alongside those who have been stuck, and help free them from what has kept them captive.
From the beginning of my counseling career, I have intentionally trained in areas that I see plague young people, and eating disorders is one of them. I have much experience walking with those who suffer from eating disorders, and regularly treat teens and adults who experience related challenges.
I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to open up about their past and present experiences. I provide empathy and support for them as they navigate to the life they want to live walking with them through the progress and the challenges. I provide hope by using specialized training in anxiety, trauma, OCD, addiction, and eating disorders.
