Are you feeling overwhelmed? I provide personalized, integrative therapy to women. I am a board certified, licensed clinical psychotherapist and I completed my graduate studies and training at Northwestern University. I specialize in women's mental health and I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered body image/eating, and reproductive mental health concerns with insight-oriented and evidence-based therapies. I help clients with self-esteem issues, stress & overthinking patterns, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, infertility challenges, prenatal & postpartum experiences, and motherhood & parenting.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and results-driven. I address both the current symptoms and root causes of presenting challenges and patterns to holistically improve the emotional wellbeing of my clients. I also incorporate effective mindfulness and somatic techniques for stress reduction.
I am EMDR trained and utilize this trauma-informed, evidence based modality to address a range of mental health concerns. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C) and have expertise in reproductive and maternal mental health. I am passionate about supporting my clients throughout the prenatal, postpartum, and family building stages.
