In my practice I offer compassionate mental health counseling services to people of all ages including children as young as 3 years old.
My work is rooted in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Attachment theory, Contextual Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have been extensively trained in play as well as sandplay therapies and work together closely with parents while treating their children.
As a strengths based clinician it is my mission to help the people I service grow and develop into the greatest version of themselves.
