Recent Updates From Beth Bloom
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I approach therapy with the general goal of helping you better understand yourself, what matters to you, and how you exist in the world. Based on what you want to accomplish, together we can continue developing your true self so you can lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life. This process often involves a combination of making sense of earlier experiences, working with ongoing patterns, and re-evaluating future expectations or assumptions. By applying contemporary relational therapy approaches and techniques, we will focus on issues and perceptions that may be holding you back.
You can expect me to take the time to get to know you, and provide helpful feedback that you can apply to yourself and others in everyday interactions. We will also look at thoughts, feelings, and reactions that arise in therapy in order to work directly in the present moment.
Whether you are looking for extra support during a challenging situation, or you simply want to change directions in your life, I look forward to us working collaboratively.
