Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Are you looking for someone to help your child talk about their emotions? Is your child experiencing bullying? Are they struggling with behaviors and choices at school or home? Is your pre-teen wrestling with self-esteem or thoughts of self-harm? Let me help you navigate these concerns by developing coping skills, regulating emotions, reducing negative self-talk, and learning communication skills for lasting change. With a background working in community health and private practice, I have worked with children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, grief, school and home issues, and peer dynamics.
Together, we find ways to verbalize feelings, to process change, and provide a place for to talk about struggles in a safe environment. Trained in DBT, TF-CBT, play, sand, and attachment therapies, I work with children & adolescent (ages 5 & up) and their families who are experiencing life stressors and provide parent coaching sessions as part of treatment.
As parent myself, I recognize the challenges you face and provide an environment of understanding and respect. Each child and their support system have a unique story to tell and I can’t wait to meet you and work with you toward healing, change, and living your best life.
