I draw from evidenced-based modalities for treatment planning, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Strength-Focused Therapy (SFT), creative expression, mindfulness, and positive psychology. My approach, foremost, comes from a place of trust, non-judgment, compassion, empathy, and understanding.
I will make it my goal to support you, empower you, and help you explore ways of reintroducing joy into your life when you take this journey with me.
