With over 30 years experience treating adults and children, I make myself available to provide support throughout crisis. Reaching out for support can be difficult and anxiety provoking. Struggles with depression can prevent one from seeking help. I allow an hour and a half for an initial consultation for you or a loved one. You will find me to be direct, honest, readily available and straightforward in my approach to facilitating change and growth. Specialties include: CBT, (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), anxiety, depression, addiction, marital strife, Care for the Caregiver Executives & Professionals. Weekend appointments.
In addition to individual adult work and couples counseling, I demonstrate advanced skill in addressing childhood mental health, behavioral and academic issues. I bring considerable psychiatric & medical knowledge as we address your needs. I am professionally trained as a mediator as well, working cooperatively with your schools & attorneys upon request.
