Recent Updates From Bex Worsham
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Therapy is a space for you to feel heard, validated and supported. It's an approach to feel less anxious, work toward goals, heal from trauma, and improve relationships. It can sometimes feel impossible to find ways to thrive in the capitalistic, oppressive system we're in, especially for marginalized folks. It is my goal for us to find ways for you to feel safe, fulfilled and content.
I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and am comfortable hearing whatever it is you need to say. I come from a queer, polyamorous background in my personal life, but work with folks of any identity or lifestyle. I offer a grounding presence, a space without judgement and tools for you to use in your day-to-day life.
I take a direct, relational approach. I will hold you accountable to doing the work with compassion and patience. If you’d like some support, please reach out!
