Holla! My name is Blanca and I am a Latina holistic and spiritual therapist, Colorado living and California raised. The fancy title I have earned is Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but I prefer the other title (spiritual therapist). I combine my experience in psychotherapy working with LatinX and first gen Latinas/Latinos with my passion in spirituality/ intuitive healing (past lives, karmic ties, astrology, mind body soul connection).
Therapy with me is for anyone who wants to tap more into their intuition & spirituality. It is also more than just talk therapy, we will work on releasing cords (this may include with people from your past), discuss astrology, explore the meaning behind the messages the universe is trying to send to you, strengthen your intuition, & use grounding tools.
My modality will integrate the past, present, the role you’ve played in your family, generational cycles, relationships, feminine vs masculine energy & everything in between. No, I am not a bruja, I’m just a Latina therapist passionate about the world of intuitive & spiritual healing. I balance both humor, gentleness & disagreement in my therapeutic session.
