Through thoughtful questioning, healthy confrontation, and a lot of laughter (yes, a sense of humor is vital in this process), I will do my best to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. To me, therapy is an evolving, nurturing, and dynamic conversation that offers support and can lead to change and self-improvement. The process may be difficult at times, but ultimately, people walk away with an awareness of options for behaving, feeling, relating, or understanding differently.
Through my collaboration with you, I can help you gain insight, change your behaviors and help you feel better. My clinical specialties include LGBTQ+ Issues, Eating, Exercise, and Body Image Disorders, Technology & Work/Life Imbalance, Anxiety, and Depression.
My approach to therapy is highly interactive. I am an engaging, opinionated, and challenging therapist. I work hard to earn your trust and expect my clients to work hard in therapy.
