Recent Updates From Brianna Brennan
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
I am accepting new clients in both Pennsylvania & Maine for telehealth only. I am a Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in working with adolescents and teens experiencing issues around life stage transitions, self-esteem, and family conflict. I also enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience working with clients around acute issues such as suicidality, self-harm, and trauma. My therapeutic focus is to use a trauma-informed psychotherapy approach and relational techniques to increase self-worth, decrease depression & anxiety, and tease out couple and family conflict.
My training as a systemic therapist helps in particular with tracking relational patterns and dynamics and striving to understand each client within their larger context. My goal is to help my clients develop a better understanding of themselves so as to gain awareness about the path to increasing healthier relationships with others.
My warm and direct approach helps clients to feel fully guided and supported, while also gaining confidence to step into the role as leader of one's own life. It is a joy and privilege for me to actively listen to my client's stories and be in the presence of them achieving their goals and, most importantly, feeling more authentic in their relationships!
