Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you're looking to come back after taking a break, I'm so glad you're here searching. Even if you don't experience chronic symptoms of anxiety, depression, etc., this year has been difficult to navigate for many of us and many are looking ways to cope and feel grounded. If you are experiencing burn out, stress, feel lost, struggling with relationships and feel disconnected, I am here to help. I believe in the holistic approach that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in acknowledging your past, observing your present, and guiding your future.
Most of my clients experience a variety of challenges such as ADHD, trauma, anxiety, stress and burn out, depression, grief, self- esteem, etc. Most of my clients are adult women navigating life transitions but I also have an extensive background working with children/adolescents and assisting their caregivers with tools to support the child.
I do not take lightly what an honor it is to hold space for my clients. Above all else, I am a human sitting in front of another human. I don’t view you as something to "fix." My role as your therapist is to guide & support you in unlearning negative thinking patterns, to accept and love yourself, and empower you to live a more balanced and peaceful life.
