A Little More About Me
I graduated with my bachelors from Flagler College in Psychology and Criminology and obtained my masters degree from the University of North Florida in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I hold a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT). During my AAT training I was exposed to incorporating dogs and horses into therapeutic partnerships.
I have years of front line experience working with children, adolescents, college aged, and adults facing emotional, behavioral, trauma, and substance use related challenges. I have provided services for these populations diagnosed with conduct related disorders, anxiety, depression, gender identity issues and more. Utilizing evidence-based modalities, I enjoy clients and their families to overcome whatever they may be facing to create a plan for a brighter future.
I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am eager to help you and your loved ones continue to grow in to the amazing people you are destined to become.
