Recent Updates From Caitlin Lowe-Hoover
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
The work I do with clients is rooted in the belief that connecting with all of the parts that make us who we are and forming meaningful relationships with our surrounding community (both human and non-human) can help us find solid ground in times of stress, trauma, and challenging life transitions. I specialize in helping children, teens and young adults develop the skills to find nervous system regulation, form healthy attachments, and build skills to manage anxiety and depression. I predominantly (and not exclusively) work with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, believing that every body deserves a caring space to heal and restore

Holding therapy sessions outdoors or bringing elements of the wilderness inside is something I love to explore with clients. We will collaborate to determine what therapeutic environment feels most supportive to your needs. Together, we will discover what (and who!) helps you feel grounded, connected, and balanced when life is challenging.
Building a safe and trusting connection with you serves as the foundation from which we can explore what is holding you back from growing more fully into who you want to be. Reaching out for support is one of the first courageous steps along the journey of self-understanding and healing.
