Recent Updates From Carolyn Kohly
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Life can often feel overwhelming, and the impact of past and present experiences can have ripple effects into our work, relationships, health and wellbeing. You don't have to navigate it alone. I am passionate about supporting people who are experiencing a broad range of mental health, interpersonal, and life-interrupting issues.
My specialization is in treating eating disorders, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. I use both person-centered and evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, and ACT) to support those who might struggle to cope with overwhelming emotions and life's challenges.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and individualized for each client's needs and goals. I aim to meet each of my clients right where they are as I help them navigate their unique story and circumstances. It's my hope to help you do the same. If you would like to schedule an appointment or have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
