I am the owner of Re-Emerge Counseling where I work with individuals who are committed to their growth and lasting change for their mind, body, and soul. My specialties include: trauma, grief, and body-image. I work from a holistic perspective taking into account culture, family and social relationships, spirituality, sexual and gender identity, age, personal history, and lifestyle.


I have a passion for working with those who: struggle with negative relationships with their bodies; have difficulties in relationships with others; have experienced trauma; who are currently or have experienced grief; and those who are experiencing general life stressors and life transitions they need support navigating.

I work from a Health at Every Size perspective, I am trained in EMDR and have done extensive trainings on parts work (IFS/DNMS). I love helping people heal and overcome stuck trauma to move into a more empowered version of themselves.
