I am passionate about working with clients who need support and empowerment in every aspect of their life. I want to create a safe and affirming space for my clients, and I would love to work with individuals that deeply need an accepting and supportive environment to explore and achieve their goals. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and perfectionism. I enjoy working with clients who are processing life transitions, need support through academic and professional difficulties, and desire holistic mental health support. I believe that there is immense value in building a trust and respect-based therapeutic alliance.
I utilize a feminist approach to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential theory skills, and mindful art therapy. This theoretical approach creates a space to replace maladaptive thinking with productive and healthy thought patterns. Clients are empowered and supported through the process of taking responsibility for their actions and choices.
