I work with adult (18+) individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, trauma-recovery, grief, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, self-identity, burnout, and family or relationship conflict.
My therapeutic practice is integrative, evidence-based, and adapted to meet the unique needs of each client. I have a passion for mindfulness and regulation work as well as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and experiential therapy interventions.
