Does it feel like you're consumed with overwhelming anxiety all the time? I get it - your scheduled is jam-packed from sunup to sundown (hell, you even schedule in when you're going to shower) and you STILL can't say no to people. Now, engaging in rest and fun is uncomfortable because "you're not doing enough" or you're "unproductive."
