Before becoming a counselor, I obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health. I made a shift towards counseling because it provides an opportunity to join clients on their journeys towards healing and restoration at a deeper level.
Areas of specialization include: Abuse, Anxiety, Body Image, Depression, Faith Concerns, Grief and Loss, Healthy Boundaries, Infidelity, Marital Difficulties (including addiction & pornography), Narcissistic Victim Syndrome, PMS/PMDD, Pregnancy & Postpartum, Premarital Counseling (PREPARE/ENRICH), Self-Esteem, and Sexual Issues.
