Life can hit us with challenges, whether they come in the form of unexpected change, unwelcome events, or damage to an important relationship … maybe even the relationship with yourself. During the most difficult days of my own life, key individuals offered me life-giving support, teaching me that I wasn’t the problem – it was the way I chose to cope with it that required the attention. That shift in my thinking opened a path to healing and greater wholeness. It is now my privilege and honor to provide a safe, respectful space where people are fully accepted as they are.
I draw from culturally sensitive and evidence-based therapies that focus on attachment, trauma-informed care, and family systems.
One of my core beliefs is that everyone is simply doing the best they can at any given time. None of us is meant to manage difficult circumstances alone. You are most certainly worth the effort, and change is more possible than you think.
