My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and flexible. As your therapist, I would help support and guide you to lay new foundations in your life, whether it be coping skills or increased self- esteem, to start new transitions in life or finally address the past. I have experience using various modalities to address an array of challenges that children, youth, and adults may be struggling with and would love to join you on your journey to a healthier you.
I pride myself in being a trauma informed therapist, however, I am most experienced working with clients on building specific coping mechanisms to address various mental health issues. My most used interventions are sourced from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I offer individual and families.
Entering therapy was one of the most difficult decisions of my life. Having lived this experience, I understand some of the thoughts, questions, doubts you may have. If you are seeking services to address specific issues like anxiety, depression, burn-out or just need someone who will listen therapy might be the answer for you.
