Recent Updates From Cynthia Kruk

The Unconscious mind is a part of the mind that triggers a collection of thoughts which inhibit our mind without us being aware of them. Although these processes exist beneath the surface of conscious awareness, they are thought to exert an effect on conscious thought processes and behavior. The unconscious phenomena include repressed feelings and desires, memories, automatic skills, subliminal perceptions, and automatic reactions. As humans, we are wired to repeat deeply learned patterns that, at a certain point, no longer serve us. Whether it’s in your work life, personal relationships, or your relationship to yourself.

My approach to therapy considers a client’s individual strengths and experiences - their environments, identities, relationships, etc., and the ways these interact with the larger system narratives. I aim to support client's awareness and growth towards their stated intentions and goals through curious and compassionate exploration and interventions.
Together we explore your inner worlds/ outer relationships as a path to self-discovery. We will uncover difficult and stuck spaces to recognize behaviors and patterns that inhibit your growth in order to allow you to live a more authentic, fulfilled, and meaningful life. My aim is to create a space that allows you to feel safe, supported, and validated.
