I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD across the lifespan. Broadly speaking, my aim is to support individuals and families in coping effectively with anxiety and stressors in order to live a meaningful life. My areas of expertise include generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, panic disorder, adjustment disorders, chronic illness (e.g., POTS), and post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as co-occurring problems (e.g., related to sleep, behavior, and family functioning) and disorders (e.g., depression, ASD).
