Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

In my practice, I work to create a safe, accepting, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space. I work with teens and adults of all ages who experience depression and anxiety. I will work with you to find healthy ways of coping with trauma, loss, relationship problems, and life transitions. I am a clinically trained psychotherapist who takes a psychodynamic, client-centered approach to diagnosis, often guided by deeper understanding.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I have a background in Anthropology and Philosophy. Prior to completing my Masters in Clinical Social Work, I lived in and traveled to different countries including India, Thailand, Madagascar. I am currently pursuing post-graduate education as a candidate at the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey.
Managing stress can be difficult. As such, it is my goal to create a positive therapeutic relationship for individuals to work through life's transitions and challenges, such as stress from relationships, school, work, grief, or traumatic experiences. I am committed to offering you a quiet, safe, and confidential space.
