Recent Updates From Compass Counseling
Last updated | Monday March 24, 2025

Over the years, I have worked with individuals who experience challenges with symptoms related to anxiety, who have been experienced challenges in relationships, and those who are wanting to increase stress management skills. Some folks seeking support during times of transition and some folks are interested in focusing on a specific area of their relationship with their partner or their coworkers. Together, we can determine which goals to focus on and how to best achieve the desired outcomes.
In working with clients, I utilize an eclectic range of skills and tools but typically find that solution-focused skills, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and dialectical behavioral tools are useful to a wide range of individuals. I practice from a recovery-model perspective, which offers that everyone has the ability to recover and achieve wellness.
Regardless of whether we are working on managing the new stressors of the world, improving communication skills, or learning new ways to manage anxiety, we will work together on the path forward.
