Recent Updates From Jaclyn Borgia
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Are you struggling with imposter syndrome? Even though people compliment your work, personality, achievements or looks, do you have trouble fully believing them? It can be hard to love yourself completely if you were raised in a household that criticized you or withheld affection unless you performed. Whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one who’s passed, or simply grieving the family you never had but wish you did—big emotions can be hard to navigate. You might be so sad sometimes, it feels like your grief will never end. Or you might be so anxious, it’s difficult for you to advocate for yourself and make sound decisions.
Imagine what life would be like if you felt good about yourself every day. If you were confident in your body, your relationships and your work. If you loved yourself so fiercely that you didn’t need validation from others. In our work together, you will learn to cope with anxiety, examine shame and people pleasing tendencies, and develop deep self-love.
I offer a space where you can be fully yourself. If you don’t know who that self is yet, that’s okay too! Unconditional positive regard guides our sessions along with humor, sass and respect. I believe that in life, we can learn to laugh and smile while also living amongst our pain and anguish. I’m here to witness your struggle and walk with you through it.
